Service Tracking for monitoring guest requests right through to their satisfaction completion, including escalation mechanisms and integration with service mobile devices.
This innovative CRM solution is totally integrated and fully adapted for small and medium sized hotels. Service Tracking ensures that both service requests of hotel guests and other work orders are collected and submitted to responsible hotel staff members. Moreover, you can follow the service progress from a central point. With the New Service Request window you can create a new service request for a guest staying in your hotel or enter other work orders. You can assign the service to a service attendant (or a category) and describe the service type as well as the time when the service should be performed and whether it is a periodical service.

HSC Service Tracking Cloud is particularly suited for:

  • Small hotels
  • Hostels
  • Campgrounds
  • Vacation apartments

The bellow Service Scope is included in monthly fee:

  • In case of technical problems our support staff will respond within 2 hours or less (8:00 – 22:00 CET)
  • Security backups. All data is automatically stored and backed-up in a secure computer facility with 24-hour monitoring.
  • Consulting and assistance on System setup
  • Consulting and minor adjustments in document templates
  • Bugfixes and security patches

Broadband Internet connection is recommended. HSC Service Tracking also works well on Mobile and Satellite Internet connections.

Computer problems: Use another computer or mobile device to access HSC

Internet problems: check your Internet Access or use alternate method to connect to the Internet (backup broadband connection from another operator or mobile Internet connection is recommended)

During night-run HSC will automatically dispatch email containing all scheduled tasks for the next 7 days.
